Customer Satisfaction is important to us. When one of our products doesn’t work for you, we want to help! Getting you in the right shirt is our priority. Our goal is to take care of you within 24 business hours.

For Returns, Exchanges or Product Questions get in touch with customer support at for instructions on how to return or exchange a product. An item may be returned for a refund or exchange for up to 30 days from the date of delivery. Once received, we will inspect it for signs of wear or use. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment, and you will be sent a notification when it has been processed. Once item is received, please allow 5-7 business days to process. Please note that your banking institution may require up to 14 days to process and post this transaction once they receive the information from us. Items received after 30 days will be refunded in the form of store credit. We cannot guarantee refunds/exchanges will be processed unless you have contacted us first.

Damaged Items or Incorrect Items: If you believe you have received a damaged item or there is a mistake on our part (wrong item/color/size), please contact us at within 7 days of delivery. We do our best to make sure your order is correct, but we're human. We will be happy to work with you to resolve the issue. You may be asked to provide photos of the problem for documentation, but you will be reimbursed for the purchase (including shipping fees) or sent the correct item free of charge. Items cannot be washed or worn when claimed as a damaged/incorrect item. After 7 days, Heirloom Clothing can no longer be responsible.

Return Shipping Costs are paid by the customer. Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will ship size or color exchanges at no additional expense to you. Heirloom Clothing is not responsible for exchanges/returns lost during return shipping.

Condition of Returned Items: Returns must be in new condition, meaning that the item is new in original packaging, unwashed, unworn, and free of smoke and other odors. Items with make-up stains, deodorant marks, dust, dirt, hair (pet or human), perfume or other strong odors will not be eligible for refund and may be denied.
