Shipping

Heirloom Shipping is included on all domestic orders. We pride ourselves in efficient and quick turnaround times for our orders. Our processing time is 1-2 business days. We ship through USPS mail, which allows us to provide a tracking number which to inform you of the status of your package. You will receive an email with this information once the package has been fulfilled and given to the carrier. Customers who live in the continental USA, should receive their order within 1-3 days after processing. Heirloom is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier. The risk of loss for items purchased through Heirloom Clothing passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. In other words, Heirloom is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the package has left our facility and is in the care of the carrier. Pease make sure you use a secure delivery address.

Return Shipping Labels ARE NOT provided by Heirloom Clothing. If you need to return a product, get in touch with customer support at info@heirloomclothing.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Heirloom Clothing is not responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. For your protection, we recommend that you use a traceable carrier that can provide you with delivery confirmation.

Return Shipping Costs are paid by the customer. Upon receipt of your return, we can ship size or color exchanges at no additional expense to you.
